At Autumn Sun Alpacas, we enjoy raising quality huacaya and suri alpacas of all colors for show and fiber. We breed and sell quality huacaya and suri alpacas of robust genetics - including top Peruvian, Bolivian, and Chilean bloodlines. Webelieve in the exceptional value of alpaca fiber: dyeing and spinningour yarn, creating artisan pieces from their fiber, and carryingauthentic alpaca fiber goods for our customers. We are active in thespinning / fiber community, as well as the show circuit -- so, we have afoot in both worlds! Our Start...
AutumnSun Alpacas was 'born' over a decade ago, when we saw alpacas at anevent. We were captivated by them and loved the idea of an alpacafarm. Several years later, we bought our first alpacas after intensiveresearch. A couple of show-worthy junior herdsires and a few breedingdams with crias at their side was all it took.

Wehave had the pleasure of securing show ribbons, the joy of witnessingthe birth of crias (babies) and enjoying our alpacas company, and theexploration of alpaca fiber spinning and production into lovely handmadecrafts.
