Huacaya Herdsire (Male) Dark Rose Grey

AOA# 35160458 DOB: 7/9/20166 yrs
A spectacular result from the pairing of K with the exceptional Avalon's Jacob Black. The genetics here are amazing. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a grey from this pairing. This male has one of the finest fleeces of all crias ever born on our farm. It has beautiful crimp and organization, shine and staple. As he matures we expect that he will show off is fleece wonderfully in the ring. And for spinning -- it is hands-down amazing to the touch! Truthsayer's first cria, a bea ...

AutumnSun's Merida

Huacaya Open (Female) White, Medium Rose Grey

AOA# 35049661 DOB: 6/14/20157 yrs
Such a cute, well developed and grown out girl with extremely (over 7" staple) long fiber, we were all thrilled when she was freed of her massive coat of then tired fleece at her 2016 shearing. This girl, AutumnSun's Lucky Seven, DRG juvie by Truthsayer and out of Merida (yes, the same Bomber daughter that produced Artorius) has amazing fleece. This girl is very fine and crimpy but our lack of planning meant she was in tui tip as a juvenile and did not have the benefit of coating to protect her fleece from VM and the wind. But, she is a beauty, hands-down, and is a no-brainer for our grey program.

Newsflash!! We entered her juvenile fleece to the 2021 AOA National Fleece Show, and she won COLOR CHAMPION in the grey females!! We are beyond thrilled with her and am so glad that the judging looked past the increasingly uncommon tui tips she had as a juvenile to see her true fiber worth!
